Overview

Are you a bright, upbeat, open and friendly nanny looking for the perfect long-term position for years to come?, A wonderful, highly professional family with three young boys is looking for an active and engaging Spanish-speaking nanny to join their fully staffed home in a live-out position in Englewood, New Jersey!
 
The family values travel and are excited to invite their nanny to join them on international and domestic travel through Europe, Canada, and the United States.  The family is happy to call Englewood their permanent home, which is just a short commute from Manhattan! The schedule will be Monday- Friday 12pm-8pm and include weekend flexibility and requires a valid driver’s license. Schedules are flexible and created by the family in advance. Medical benefits are also offered after 3 months.  
 
The family is very busy with 7-month-old, 2.5-year-old,  and 4-year old boys. Both parents work, so they appreciate an organized and collaborative environment to help everything run smoothly in their loving and well-managed home. An energetic, positive, joyful and proactive nanny who can be flexible will thrive in this role! 
 
Compensation is competitive and will range from $20-25/hr depending on the nanny's level of experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Childcare duties including but not limited to: bathing, feeding, dressing, napping, morning and bedtime routines, scheduling, providing transportation to school and activities
  • Provide overnight care occasionally as needed
  • Provide enriching experiences and activities beyond basic care including creative age appropriate educational activities, and outing and adventures
  • Prepare healthy balanced meals for the children
  • Collaborate with another nanny, house staff, and parents
  • Assist with child related housekeeping duties and pitch in to the overall tidiness of the family environment
  • Run errands for the family while children are in school
  • Work alongside household staff including housekeepers, house manager, personal assistants
  • Provide childcare during domestic and international travel

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • At least 2 years professional childcare experience 
  • Positive, energetic, team player
  • Highly organized, with experience collaborating with a team
  • A clean driving record
  • A valid drivers license
  • Neat and tidy
  • Flexible and adaptable to schedule changes
  • Patient, kind and nurturing
