A dynamic family in the Bay Area is looking for a smart, organized, and experienced candidate to join their bustling family and team as the child development lead.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, early childhood experience and will demonstrate an ability to manage and support a childcare team.
In this role, you can expect to coordinate and manage multiple calendars, design and implement an educational growth plan, while always keeping in mind the family's busy and dynamic schedule.  The family is excited to find a candidate who is eager to enrich the lives of the family's young children by maintaining consistency of care across all members of the nanny team.
The child development lead is responsible for crafting both short and long-term goals for developmental milestones. This role will also manage the nanny team's calendars as well as organize care, social and educational events and outings for the children. Willingness to jump in and support the daily activities of the children and nanny team will play an important part of this role as well.
This position is offering an annual salary of $100,000+/year with many sought-after benefits with the opportunity to travel internationally and domestically, work with a dynamic and professional family and team, and support two bright and growing children.  The weekly schedule will be Monday-Friday and a flexible, team-player attitude will be key for the successful candidate. 
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in early childhood education and who possess management and classroom experience.
The family is open to relocation for the right candidate. Start date is December or January!
