A very loving and private Denver-based family is looking for an executive/family assistant. In this dynamic role you will work directly with the principals overseeing projects at several properties, international and domestic travel, events, and managing an ever-changing calendar, including personal and professional matters.

  • Manage a dynamic calendar of professional and personal engagements

  • Collaborate with household staff including property manager and vendors on procurement of office and household needs, and maintenance and repair of the home
  • Assist in managing/tracking expenses and bills, and coordinating with accountants
  • Run errands as assigned 
  • Book travel, make travel arrangements, research itineraries
  • Planning personal, professional and charity events including invitations, guests lists, and other project management
  • Basic office and administrative tasks as needed, managing email and general correspondence


  • A bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 5+ years as a personal/executive assistant 
  • Proactive and able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Must have a US Passport and the flexibility to travel
  • A high level of discretion and experience working with high profile/high net worth families
  • Experience working with multiple properties, planning events and fundraisers
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Detail oriented, able to work independently or with a team
  • Glowing references from current and past employers
