Perm Placement

Opportunity is knocking for an experienced personal assistant who will get to work for a busy professional woman in the entertainment industry. This extra set of hands (and brain) will help manage her busy life, which includes frequent travel to LA, filming schedules, interview requests, real estate investments, and an exciting, ever-changing calendar. The assistant may also be asked for help with personal errands including dog care, grocery shopping, and home organization as the schedule permits.

The ideal candidate is quick on their feet, has a good sense of humor, and is able to anticipate needs with psychic abilities while also keeping things light-hearted and fun. The schedule will build to be 40 hours each week. This position will require you to work from the principals home in Brooklyn, and may allow you to occasionally work remotely, and have the opportunity to Los Angeles and other locations frequently as well.

A "day in the life" for this dynamic assistant could include anything and everything from viewing potential real estate investments, monitoring and drafting email correspondences, ordering groceries from Instacart, researching potential opportunities and collaborations, and generally being a calming and supportive force.
