A loving and busy family of four in Hingham, MA is seeking a proactive, take-charge, organized and engaging nanny to help care for their 4-year-old and 18-month-old daughters. Both parents are busy professionals who travel often for work, and are looking for someone who will add a sense of calm to their home while ensuring that their daughters are fed, bathed, and ready for quality time with Mom and Dad when they return home at the end of the day.

A typical schedule will be either Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 6 or 6:30pm (the candidate has the option of working a 44-hour work week from Monday to Thursday, or a roughly 55-hour work week from Monday to Friday.) Responsibilities will include school drop-off and pick-up for the elder daughter, planning and cooking simple and healthy meals for both children, doing the children's laundry, and engaging with both daughters, including arranging playdates, prepping for special activities and theme days at school, and light tidying up. This is a live-out role, and the family is happy to consider relocation candidates.

The ideal candidate is proactive, able to step in without much direction, excellent at multi-tasking, and excited to jump into this demanding and highly rewarding role for a grateful and dynamic family! The family has a senior dog and a household manager who the nanny will work closely with on scheduling and coordinating plans and grocery shopping. The nanny may also be invited to join the family on domestic and/or international travel. This is a wonderful role for a candidate with a genuine love for children and a fondness for highly imaginative play.

Pay for this position is generous and dependent on experience. This position is open to all Adventure Nannies who are legally able to work in the United States, have strong written and verbal English skills, and possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and are willing to become First Aid/CPR certified prior to their first day of work.
