Whether event planning, balancing books, calendaring, or planning travel - you will do it all to support your dynamic principal and have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced and bustling home and office environments. The ideal candidate will be a confident and effective communicator, be able to transition between tasks seamlessly, and will be able to intuitively anticipate needs and self-direct. Flexibility and adaptability in quickly changing environments will be of paramount importance for the chosen candidate.
In this role, you will support a busy professional principal and their Bay Area family office with a growing team. Within the team are full-time staff representing the varied needs of the family and their properties. The family and staff pride itself on professionalism, kindness, integrity, and organization. Confidentiality, a drive to deliver the best service, and open communication are guiding principles for all members of the office and team. This family travels frequently so a flexibility and willingness to travel will be expected and appreciated!
