  • Overview

An international family in the heart of San Francisco is looking for a nanny to join them in caring for their baby girl who was born in the middle of March 2018. They are looking for a baby whisperer who is warm and loving and will be a great communicator and collaborator with the parents.

Both parents work in and out of the home and are looking for someone who understands when to step in and when to give the family their space. This will be a ~50 hour a week schedule that will be built two weeks in advance to allow flexibility for the parents' schedules.

This generous family is providing a one bedroom apartment next door to their home with the hopes their nanny will be happy very long-term in San Francisco. This will also allow the nanny to occasionally be "on-call" if the family needs them to be.

The perfect person is familiar with all the milestones to come and will be able to work with the parents to introduce solids, assist with potty training, teach the child to read and be a part of the family for years to come! Having a passion for healthy living and experience preparing healthy organic baby food will be a huge plus as the family is looking forward to introducing their little girl to all the fresh produce California has to offer!

The mother is British and the family travels back to London at least twice a year. There will typically be several other international and domestic trips planned each year and they would love to bring their nanny along on these adventures! As an international family, they are looking for someone who appreciates other cultures and speaking a foreign language would be a huge plus.

The family is offering a competitive hourly rate, a private apartment, healthcare stipend and paid time off. This is a position to grow into and the family is only interested in candidates who can provide open ended commitment.
