    Experienced housekeeper needed to join a bustling home and household staff in the Bay Area's Silicon Valley. 

     

    In this role, you will work alongside the lead housekeeper to maintain the home for this family of four and manage household inventories. Willingness to go above and beyond and jump in where needed is key. This is a position within a tight-knit and solidified staff with lots of room for growth. Experience with high profile families is preferred and the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate their professionalism, discretion, and dedication to their role. 

     

    This is a Monday-Friday full-time position. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This position is available immediately!

    This position is open to all Magnolia Agency candidates who currently live within a commutable distance of Silicon Valley, CA. 

    Responsibilities

    • Keeping households clean, organized, and in excellent condition
    • Maintaining and managing household inventories
    • Notifying Lead Housekeeper of any necessary repairs in the homes or for appliances
    • Running household errands such as grocery shopping, shopping for household supplies and any requests as needed
    • Assisting with parties and gatherings which includes any errands, extra shopping, and day after cleanings

    Qualifications

    • Experience working in a private home
    • Excellent judgment and decision making abilities
    • Ability anticipate the family's needs and expectations 
    • Ability to communicate effectively with staff
    • Trustworthiness and integrity, always acting in the best interest of the family
    • Exhibit professionalism and discretion at all times
