    A professional, dynamic, and bustling family of four are looking to bring an all-star family assistant to join their truly exceptional home and team in Silicon Valley's Menlo Park.
    What the family is seeking: a thoughtful, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, experienced, can-do candidate with proven experience as a successful family assistant, nanny, or household manager who maintains a positive and professional demeanor at all times. In this role, you can look forward to taking on scheduling, administrative, and day-to-day organizational tasks to keep this home running smoothly. Comfort utilizing multiple tech platforms, mastery of the Google Suite, and creating spreadsheets will be key for the successful candidate. In addition, you will be a project manager extraordinaire - planning events, booking travel, vendor management and procurement, and coordinating activities for the families two wonderful elementary-aged children. A candidate who is happy to use the family's provided vehicle to assist with childcare activities like pickups, dropoffs, and willingness to lend a hand to the family's live-in nanny/housekeeper will be appreciated and expected.

This home environment can be described as organized, professional, action-packed but also caring and relaxed.
    Hourly compensation range is $30-40/hour and will be commensurate with experience. This position offers guaranteed hours, healthcare benefits, paid time off, sick days, and a vehicle available for use while working. The weekly schedule will be about 9 am-6pm Monday-Friday with some flexibility required and appreciated. This family employs a live-in nanny and housekeeper, so an ability to work together with the in-home staff as well as communicate and collaborate effectively with the principals’ executive assistants will be of paramount importance!
    The start date for this position: as soon as they find the right fit! 
    This position is open to all candidates who possess the prerequisite experience. Preference will be given to candidates who live in a commutable distance of Menlo Park, CA. 



    • Administrative support involving scheduling, organizing, ordering supplies. This part of the position will rely heavily on the mastery of computer programs like Dropbox, email, calendaring tools, creating spreadsheets and other documents.  
    • Taking on special projects including family errands, event planning and organizational projects with the home.  
    • Daily childcare responsibilities to include driving to-and-from activities and ensuring the children have what is required for those activities. Some planning and coordinating for the children will also be expected.  
    • Tech savvy with a strong understanding of administrative, calendaring, and project management activities 
    • Be detailed oriented, organized, self-starting, and possess proven time management skills
    • Work confidently as a member of the team to run point and complete tasks
    • Be flexible and intuitive, always willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities
    • Be process driven, always looking for ways to streamline processes and stay 5 steps ahead 


    • 5+ years full-time professional in-home experience
    • Bright, driven, proactive, and confident working both as part of a professional household team and independently
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with multiple members of the in-home and executive staff
    • Tactful and gracious under pressure
    • Demonstrate excellent judgment and ownership in their role
    • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Demonstrated household management or family assisting experience
    • Possess an ability to think on your feet, problem solve and ask questions
    • Exhibit a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
