  • Overview

A loving family of three is looking to add a full-time, tour-ready forever nanny to their team near Nashville, Tennessee! Both parents are touring musicians and have a sweet, well-behaved, and intelligent 3-year-old daughter. They are ready to meet a candidate who is excited about the idea of spending time near home in Nashville and who is also ready to hit the road running during tour runs!
This family values patience, kindness, open-mindedness, and a warm and joyful presence. Someone who is experienced working with toddler-aged children is important as you will come to each day with creative and educationally-focused ways to keep this energetic girl engaged at home and on the road. A candidate who is attuned to developmental milestones or has preschool experience would be great!
The ideal candidate will have a flexible, go-with-the-flow attitude, be adaptable to different schedules and scenarios, and comfortable in the close quarters of a tour bus. The nanny will also be responsible for family assisting responsibilities such as packing and unpacking the child's bags, meal prep, child's laundry, coordinating activities and may be asked to help with errands as needed. Previous experience as a tour nanny is a huge bonus, but not a requirement. This family may be growing in the next 1 to 2 years, so someone who is excited to support this family and brings infant care experience will be appreciated.
This is a live-out position with a generous hourly compensation that is commensurate with experience. Guaranteed hours will be offered and schedule will be communicated in advance. While touring, all travel expenses, meals, and accommodations will be provided. The family will also offer paid time off and sick days.
The start date for this position is: August 2018
This position is open to all Adventure Nannies who are legally able to work in the United States, possess valid passports and driver's licenses with a clean driving record.
Preference will be given to candidates who are local to Tennessee, but relocation candidates may be considered if they are a perfect fit!
