Would you like to help them maintain their jet-setting lifestyle for years to come as you welcome the girls home from the hospital, help transition them to solids, watch them take their first steps and learn their first words, and grow into confident and vibrant young women? This is an incredible opportunity to join an inclusive family for an awesome opportunity.

The two wonderful fathers are preparing to welcome two beautiful baby girls to their warm and loving home in Washington, DC and are looking for the most supportive and knowledgeable team to support hem as they bring them home. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support these fathers in their transition to being a family a four. Their first daughter is due December 25th and will be born in Pennsylvania, via surrogate. Their second daughter is due January 23rd and will be born in Colorado, also via surrogate. Welcoming these babies will be a carefully choreographed and amazing race that will require a true professional who is organized and also very adaptable.

The fathers are interviewing newborn care specialists and are considering hiring someone for a ~4 month contract when they bring the girls home. They are also open to having an exceptionally qualified nanny join them in those initial first days and long-term.

When baby #1 is born the family would like to have their NCS/Nanny join them in Pennsylvania and stay locally for a few days. They will then travel as a family of three back to Washington, DC and settle in for a few weeks. After a few weeks of adjustment, the family of three and their NCS/Nanny will head to Colorado to await baby #2's arrival. After the second baby is born, the family will recuperate in Denver for a few days before heading back to Washington, DC.

This family is looking for someone who is second nature with newborns and adaptable to fluid situations. If you have experience traveling with newborns, assisting with early bonding, working with formula and breast milk, and are open to supporting two new parents in their greatest adventure - this might be the perfect role for you! The ideal person for this role will also have experience with the milestones that are to come in the first 2-3 years because they will be providing a consistent source of support in those first and very formative years. These fathers have been planning and hoping for a family for years and this is more than a job, you will get to join them on a journey to see their dreams come true!

Accommodations can be provided in their home for their nanny's first 3 months or a relocation stipend will be provided. The schedule will be ~50 hours a week and will be built at least two weeks in advance. Healthcare, PTO and additional benefits will be provided. The compensation is negotiable depending on a candidates level of experience. They want someone who will be a fixture in their lives for several years and are willing to invest in that relationship.

This position will begin December 15th and the family may be open to extending that start date until after the new year if they secure an NCS to join them for baby #1's arrival.
